Description:
Memory usage increases after every file-reload

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the attached file
2. Take a process monitor and check memory usage
3. File -> Reload & File -> Reload File -> Reload.
4. Close the file -> Still substantial memory usage

Actual Results:
Memory usage increases

Expected Results:
Should be stable


Reproducible: Always
