Description:
When converting a HSQLBD base to Firebird, the field containig a date is
systematically decreased of one day: January 5th, 1994 becomes January 4th,
1994... This occurs in 6.4.2.2 and 6.4.3.2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set option to use experimental features and restart LibreOffice
2.Open HSQLDB database
3.Accept the conversion to Firebird
4.Opent the table to check the date values

Actual Results:
Date value in the firebird table is decreased by 1 day.

Expected Results:
Same value in the date field in HSQLBD and Firebird tables.
