Description:
Filling cells with strings containing negative numbers using fill handle causes
decrementing of number value instead of incrementing. 
However value in prompt bubble shows correct value.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill the cell with negative number and some text. For examle "-1 level"
2. Drag the fill handle marker to the next cell

Actual Results:
-2 level

Expected Results:
0 level


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
