Well, it opens on windows 10 x64 with Version: 6.4.3.2 (x64)

CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win

But there's an error: "The data could not be loaded completely because the
maximum number of columns per sheet was exceeded."
