Description:
Authentication of real user must be with OTP in order to prevent fraud. 

Actual Results:
An OTP is not generated to authenticate real user.

Expected Results:
An OTP must be generated to authenticate real user.

An OTP must be generated to authenticate real user so that an unauthorized
person can't access.
