--- Comment #1 from V Stuart Foote <vstuart.foote at utsa.edu> ---
Can not confirm on Windows 10 Home 64-bit en-US (1909) with
Version: 7.0.0.3 (x64)
Build ID: 8061b3e9204bef6b321a21033174034a5e2ea88e
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

The OLE Draw object if selected shows as "Anchored to Character", though anchor
point is off canvas. While double-click selection enters OLE Draw of the
object. <Esc> closes out of the OLE edit. No crash and no other issues. The
object anchor shifts onto document canvas adjacent to the object.
