Description:
UI: Make the automatic caption functionality/settings more accessible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer -> Autocaption

Actual Results:
Autocaption is hidden at Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer -> Autocaption

Expected Results:
1) Autocaption should not only be a 'general settings' but also be configured
for a (single) document
2) The options should be accessible from Insert -> Caption -> Submenu:
Including caption + autocaption


Reproducible: Always
