Description:
In all libreoffice apps the menu bar is not visible. There is no way to make
the menubar visible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start libreoffice app like writer, calc

Actual Results:
Start libreoffice app like writer, calc

Expected Results:
No menu bar is visible


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
Provide a menu bar
