Description:
Tried to paste multiple lines of UTF-8 into Calc.  The Character set was
changed to UTF-8.  One of the lines contains the word Syrië but the Fields
sub-panel showed the ë as an unknown character.  It was correctly rendered in
the spreadsheet after the paste.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select multiple lines of UTF-8 in another app that contains character ë
2. copy to clipboard
3. Select a Calc cell and try to paste


Actual Results:
Fields panel shows unknown character glyph instead of ë

Expected Results:
Characters should be rendered correctly


Reproducible: Always
