Bug ID: 135494
Summary: Pressed state mouse motion bug on Combo Box
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.0.0.3 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: rabnilson at gmail.com
Description:
Ever Time I press the scrollbar thumb and scroll up or down, and move the
cursor out of track (and out of the combo box area too), the thumb of scroll
bar blinks many times up and down (also changes the position many times).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any Combo Box component (Recent version 7.0.0.3)
2. Press the scrollbar thumb and move the cursor (Still on pressed state) out
of the combo box area...
3. The scrollbar thumb blinks... :)
Actual Results:
The Scrollbar thumb blinks irritatingly up and down and looses the position on
track...
Expected Results:
It should maintain the position on track and scroll at the same time with
cursor still pressed outside of combo box; both right and left side... Like
previously versions.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
That bug very annoying... I think that some others components that have been
replaced shouldn't have been replaced. Like the language Combo box chooser on
LO 6.4, with automatic scrolling... It was cool for us Linux users...
