Description:
Currently, all *.appdata.xml are installed in /usr/share/appdata directory.

But according to latest AppStream standard, they should be installed in
/usr/share/metainfo directory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Libreoffice on Linux
2. Check the /usr/share/appdata directory


Actual Results:
You can find writer.appdata.xml here.

Expected Results:
It should be in /usr/share/metainfo directory.


Reproducible: Always
