Reproduce in 7.0.0.3 release.
More, if you go with Navigator (key F5) to Column A and Row 1048575 and press
ENTER and ...
Calc is halted.

Now press the arrow Down until go to row 1048576, Calc crash:

I use LinuxMint 19.3 based in Ubuntu 18.04, with XFCE and 16GB RAM.
