Description:
I save an xls file in MacOS Numbers version 10.1 and then open it in
LibreOffice, all cells are without borders

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a file attached
2. See that all cells are without borders
3.

Actual Results:
All cells are without borders

Expected Results:
A table cells are shown with border


Reproducible: Always
