Great addition Mike and Tamas!

Can we please switch this on for Writer and for all shapes, vectors, bitmaps,
text (not just Fontwork)? Can show if importing any of these from a file or
pasting from Draw or Impress, but the Glow option is absent or greyed out for
Writer.
