If it included the current row/column, you wouldn't be able to freeze only rows
or only columns with this function, because the first row/column would always
be included, and while you have functions for freezing the first row/column,
there's no function for freezing multiple of them. Plus Excel behaves the same,
and the toolbar icon clearly shows what is going to be frozen in relation to
the currently selected cell. Closing as WONTFIX.
