Example ODT file with worksheet OLE object embedded

This is a bug forwarded and translated from a Chinese LO user chat group.

When a user inserts a worksheet OLE object (just a rectangular range of cells)
inside an ODT file, the position of the worksheet is slightly off-center (or
maybe the automatically calculated size of the worksheet is slightly wrong), so
that when the OLE worksheet has its cell border visualized and with significant
width, the top and left edge of the OLE worksheet can't be displayed in full
and looks thinner than other cell borders.

This problem also presists in printing and PDF exporting.

Attached is an example file provided by the original reporter. The second
table in the attached file is an OLE object (the first is an ordinary Writer
table). I'll also attach an exported PDF and a screenshot illustrating the
problem.

I reproduced the display problem in both 6.4.5 on Windows 10:
Version: 6.4.5.2 (x64)
Build ID: a726b36747cf2001e06b58ad5db1aa3a9a1872d6
CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win;
Locale: zh-CN (zh_CN); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded
...and in 7.0.0.
