Description:
On screen page layout doesn't match save & reload screen layout (images &
anchoring)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press Enter once
3. Save 
4. Reload

Actual Results:
Page one will be empty

Expected Results:
The saved content should like the on screen situation. Or the on screen
situation should behave as seen the file reload situation


Reproducible: Always
