Bug ID: 135620
Summary: Table in Draw missing border in merged row
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.4.4.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Draw
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: kaufmann at nb.net
Description:
Attached Draw document includes two tables, one with a merged top row to make a
title/caption. On that table the right border (only the right side) is missing
on the top row only, a fact that correlates with the merged cells; I played
around with merging other rows, and the effect goes to those rows too.
I have never seen this behavior is tables in Writer, but a table in Draw is
different at least in that it is encapsulated in a frame. I see no reason why
that should influence this problem, but it does make an operational difference
in this sense: One way to make a table caption in Writer is to enclose the
table and caption in a frame. In Draw, the only way to make a table caption is
to merge the cells of top or bottom row -- and whichever row has the merged
cells will be missing a right-side border.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make table (in this case, 4 rows x 3 columns).
2.Border around outside only.
3.Merge cells in top row (or any other row).
Actual Results:
The top row (or any row of merged cells) has no right-side border. Rest of
border is complete.
(OpenGL makes no difference.)
Expected Results:
Complete external border.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
