Description:
Bulleted list enabled out of nowhere (not explicitly enabled) and not enabled
in older versions

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open attachment 164095
2. Enter cell A2 (right top cell)
3. Type followed by enter -> bulleted list starts

Screencast attachment 164157 (taken for different bug, but shows the issue)

Actual Results:
Bulleted list

Expected Results:
No bulleted list (as in 6.0


Reproducible: Always
