Error activating object: General OLE error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a table in the header
2. Insert a table with the table picker (2x2)
4. Press Insert chart
5. Cancel the wizard dialog
6. Press Insert chart again

Actual Results:
Error activating object: General OLE error.

Expected Results:
Probably not


Reproducible: Always
