FILEEXPORT DOCX: Page break for a table on top of the first page on export to
DOCX

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Table -> Properties -> Text flow -> Break is unchecked
3. File Save as DOCX
4. File reload
5. Table -> Properties -> Text flow -> Break is checked

Actual Results:
Page break is checked

Expected Results:
Probably not?


Reproducible: Always
