Description:
Text behind image frame after saving DOCX (as character frame)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Text behind image frame and if you click the frame it will be in the right
column

Expected Results:
At minimum something like 4.3.7.2 (not perfect but better)


Reproducible: Always
