Description:
Anchor outside document with doc export. double click the anchor and it will
move

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOC
3. File reload
4. Select the text box - notice the anchor being off page
5 double click the anchor

Actual Results:
anchor of page

Expected Results:
on page
