Description:
Settings from default page style are overwriting the settings of other page
styles on DOCX/DOC/RTF export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX/DOC/RTF
3. File reload

Note remove the header on the white page and everything will have a footer on
DOCX export

Actual Results:
All pages are purple (overwritting page color)
A page style gets a footer (which shouldn't have one)
Other pages get a header (which shouldn't get one)

Expected Results:
Purple pages are those with footer & only the white page has header.
