Confirm with
Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 6ad2f463784a24c566477cdd60ae729651bb8564
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3

Calc: threaded

Initial the table is 17 cm.
When centered with 1 cm left, because it is centered it will get 1 cm left and
1 cm right. So the remaining table should be 15.

But in the sidebar there is 16 cm column width. In the Table properties is
correct: 15 cm. IN the video you can see in the same second we have 2 different
value in the sidebar and in the Table properties tab.
