[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 135789] latest upgrad has document offset from ruler, and when scroll down duplicats the line for ever

Screenshot of problem(s)1. Scroll, 2. scroll 3. document position

Three attachments of screenshots for bug or bugs.  
One is scrolling a table and LO leaving a column stationalry, one is showing
the scrolling of a text document, and the third is showing the position of the
document in relation to the ruler bar at top of page.

All of this started with update to LO 6.4.6 from 6.4.5 (today 2020.08.15)
