New DOCX files not compatible with Office Compatibility Pack 12.0.6514.5001

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Type something
3. Save as DOCX
4. Open in Word 2003 with Office Compatibility Pack

Actual Results:
Opening error

Expected Results:
Yes, it's old.. but would be nice if it worked
