Description:
Empty page when anchor attached to previous page, which doesn't disappear at
undo

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Single page view (working correct in multi page)
3. Go to page 3
4. Drag the image up to the top of the page -> anchor moves to page 2
5. Release.. image added to a new page (probably correct)
6. Undo -> page still around

Actual Results:
Page still around after undo

Expected Results:
Should be removed
