Description:
Removing the first page (by deleting page break) deletes the page style of the
next page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Mission: delete the first page without affecting the other pages

Related issues in the same area: Bug 135800; Bug 135806; Bug 135807


Actual Results:
Delete page break -> Fails
Pressing delete on first page -> Fails
Pressing backspace on second page -> Fails

Expected Results:
A easy way to remove the first page, without affecting page styles of the
following pages
