My styles sheet

“File | Export as EPUB | Export as EPUB” is badly broken. Several common and
simple LibreOffice things are not being rendered in the EPUB output.

    1. The values of field names are not being filled in.  I noticed that all
DOCINFORMATIO field were missing. See the fields on page 1 of the attached
style sheet and compare with the epub output.
    2. Bullet Lists and Numbered lists don’t show the bullets and numbers and
are not indented. See the lists on page 9 of the attached style sheet and
compare with the epub output.
    3. Simple tables are not being rendered correctly.  See the table on page 9
of the attached style sheet and compare with the epub output.
    4. List of Figure, Index of Tables, and Table of Contents are not being
rendered at all.  See the TOC  on page 1 and the  List of Figure, Index of
Tables on page 15 of the attached style sheet and compare with the epub output.
