Description:
In Libreoffice Writer on Windows 10, File -> Send -> "Email document..."
produces an error instead of emailing the document. This is a fresh
installation of LibreOffice on a fresh Windows 10 development virtual machine
downloaded directly from Microsoft. I have confirmed a default email program is
selected in Windows' default application settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Libreoffice on Windows 10
2. Open Libreoffice Writer to create a new document
3. Select  File -> Send -> Email document...
4. Error occurs

Actual Results:
Error occurs (I will attach a screenshot)

Expected Results:
The default email application should be launched with the current document as
an attachment.
