Description:
Only table gets selected if pressing CTRL+A in meaning document and table is at
the start

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 164490
2. Position the cursor outside the table
3. Press CTRL+A

Actual Results:
Only the table gets selected

Expected Results:
Whole document gets selected


Reproducible: Always
