Hi,

when View -> Freeze Rows and Columns, trying to edit comments has strange
highlighting and at first doesn't react to arrow keys.

I am also unable to increase the comment window size using the mouse.

I have been experiencing this as far back as I can remember, but I don't use
comments that much, so I am reporting it now.

The original sample file demonstrates these problems.
