Description:
Image frame background set to white explicitly (instead of non) on DOC export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 164569
2. Save as DOC
3. File reload
4. Right Click the frame -> Properties -> Area tab -> notice color being
enabled

Actual Results:
Color enabled set to white

Expected Results:
None?


Reproducible: Always
