Description:
Selecting a frame inside a frame or textbox inside a frame in header/footer is
rather cumbersome

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the red border of the textbox by double clicking or the magenta frame
inside the frame

Actual Results:
Not selectable

Expected Results:
Should be so


Reproducible: Always
