Please copy and paste here the contents of your Help - About. This allows us to
know more about your system.

Does the problem also manifest in Safe mode, Help - Restart in safe mode and
then Continue in safe mode?

What if you try an appimage of version 7.x

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
