1. Open attached file
2. Open the Navigator in the Sidebar, expand Drawing objects
3. Double-click Group 254 (you will jump to page 6)
4. Right-click the selected group in the document display, select Enter group
(if you ungroup, it will create hundreds of pages)
5. Select and right-click the grayscale image, select Area

It should be a custom position/size with a result that matches the cropped look
of the correct rendering.

Note that in the article, "Notice the word FASHION" is a red herring: the
author did not realise they were missing Century Gothic font.

The same problem is seen with

With this file, you should target Group 6 drawing object.

Before 4.3, the images were not visible at all.
