Could you give a try at
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile ?

Also, could you try to disable Skia:
1. Open [Tool] > [Options] and Go to LibreOffice > View
2. Uncheck "Use Skia for all rendering" option
3. Restart LO
