Opening attachment #152822 from bug #126313 makes Writer fall into endless loop
with Skia rendering on Windows 8.1.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment #152822
Actual results:
Endless loop with Skia, opens fine with GDI.
Expected results:
File opens.
