Description:
An icon can be assigned for each macro. And file is saved. But only all icons
disappear from customized toolbar after open the file again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools > Customize > Toolbars > Scope > New Toolbar1 > Assigned Commands >
[Select a macro] > Modify > Change Icon > [Select an icon for each macro,
namely HelloWorldInLibrary1 and HelloWorldInLibraryStandard] > OK > OK
2.File > Save > File > Exit LibreOffice
3.Open the file again.

Actual Results:
All customized icons disappear. 

Expected Results:
They must show up all.

User Profile Reset: No
