Description:
I created several background images in my worksheets.  When I save my
spreadsheet and later re-open it, all my images are in the foreground again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a worksheet with an image in the background
2. Save it
3. Open your file again

Actual Results:
The image that should be in the background is in the foreground again

Expected Results:
The image created in the background should stay in the background


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
