Under Tools -> Customize -> Keyboard, I'd like to Assign the Alt + - (minus
key) shortcut to a function. That combination is not listed though. It's not
reserved either (like Alt+F4). Just not listed.

Ctrl+- is listed (delete cells), but Alt+- is not.
