At present, when you open the "Insert Hyperlink" diaologue, it always defaults
to the "Internet" option. This is especially tiresome if you are repeatedly
inserting a number of internal document hyperlinks, for example (an extra click
is needed each time).

SUGGESTION: The INSERT HYPERLINK dialogue should always display the last user
choice.
