Description:
Undo As character anchoring positions the shape at the wrong position

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Select the shape
3. Right Click-> Anchor -> As Character
4. CTRL+Z -> Already off
5. Save As DOCX
6. File reload -> even more off

Actual Results:
Wrong position

Expected Results:
Original position


Reproducible: Always
