I tried to reproduce the problem as follows:

1. Create a new table with 3 rows and 3 columns
2. Select a row => Table properties => borders
3. Change width of the line

Width of line changes => Works as expected.

Tested with

Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha1+ (x64)
Build ID: 10b23330a9655658e6d7ef1d008a3302a15e9629
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: threaded


So please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to
reproduce the problem. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change
it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided.
