The user indicates that the task is done (by hand). Likely user error.

This kind of task really requires knowledge of regular expressions, etc. Also,
the task is not really the job of LibreOffice - it is massive find/replace of
dumped text to be put into a useable, proper paragraphed form.

I will note that I quickly ran out of memory doing a replace-all (particularly
with regex of "$" with the text "CARRIAGERETURN".
