Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save to DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Fuzzy unreadable image

Expected Results:
Something more crisp an clear

-> There still room to argue 4.0 still producing sub optimal results (see bug
51510). However this would as this point be an real improvement of the current
situation
