We discussed this topic in the design meeting. And as Mike pointed out it might
be not the best idea to make the Cyrillic characters depending on a language
setting. So the only feasible solution is a "More" entry in the drop down as
known from paragraph styles in the toolbar. Once an entry is used in the
session or in the document this item could be moved into the always visible
section of the list.
