Firebird embedded Test file ok (created with en-US locale)

Here's a Firebird example which works.
Notice that with a locale which has decimal separator as "," the default value
when editing table doesn't appear but the by-default insert works.

With English-US locale, everything is ok.

Are we agree to tell it's not Firebird specific?
