Description:
Writer 4.4.7.2 is opening in 3 seconds (warm start) while 7.1 takes 8 seconds

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Writer shortcut on the desktop
2. Launch 7.1 and 4.4 the first time.
3. Close both, and do same again & measure time

Actual Results:
8 seconds for 7.1
2 seconds for 4.4.7.2

Expected Results:
Hard to do specifics.. as this get loaded nowdays from launch on (dictionary's)
which had delay start if I recall correctly

However the waiting pretty frustrating for say bibisecting and testing
